Today was the first General Conference of the Church with President Monson presiding as the Prophet. It was a spiritual event and I certainly know more about President Monson than I did before today. There is no doubt that the Lord prepares the leaders of the Church. They are groomed and taught what they need to know to be able to step up and do what is needed for the Church to move forward and never miss a beat. If I didn't already know the Church was true I would have known by the of Conference today.
It doesn't look like the weather is going be springlike here until maybe next weekend. Hopefully it will be 60 degrees by than. Maybe I can finally do some work in the yard.
Travis just called. We had tried to call him earlier. He sounds like he is doing well. He is going to visit in June for Luke's baptism. It will be good to see him.
I think I have rambled long enough for today.

I love Pres. Monsen! He is such a great speaker. I have always loved to listen to his stories and talks. He is going to be a wonderful leader. Hope your weather warms up soon. It was beautiful here again today!!! You really should have stayed another couple of weeks :)
