I was so surprised yesterday when UPS delivered a really heavy box. It was from Overstock. Lee had bought something and I had no idea what it was. Well, you will never guess what it was. It was an automatic ice maker. It is so cool.(no pun intended) You just plug it in and in about 7 to 10 minutes you have ice. I love to have my coke in a glass with ice and we had been buying bags of ice but now all I have to do is have our ice maker make some ice, put it in a Ziploc bag and put it in our freezer. We will be able to make ice for the luau and any entertaining we do. Lee said he bought it for me because of how much I enjoy my coke over ice. Now, wasn't that just about the sweetest thing you have ever heard? Our refrigerator can have an ice maker but it would be really difficult to get the water to it. So this portable ice maker is the perfect answer. We can take it out onto the patio and have our ice right at hand. Besides it makes ice much faster than the fridge.
We laid the tile in our entrance way today. It will dry overnight and then we will grout it. Maybe tomorrow I will post pics of it. I think we are really going to like it.
