HOW IGNORANT CAN PEOPLE BE?????????

Sometimes I wonder how stupid people can get. I don't know how many times that it has been on the News that the LDS Church is not, may I repeat NOT the same as the FLDS. They are no more the same religion then are the Catholics and the Lutherans. If I am not mistaken the founder of the Lutheran Church was a Monk and just because he broke away from the Catholic church to form the Lutheran Church does not make Lutherans Catholic or Catholic Lutherrans. So, why is it so difficult for people to understand that is the same thing with the LDS and the FLDS. There were people who broke away from the LDS and formed the FLDS church. The LDS church does not believe the same way the FLDS church believes. There are soooooo many differences it is pathetic. Get with it people! Use the brains that God has given you and put an end to this confusion. I can't believe that people are targeting LDS Church members and painting all sorts of hateful things on their homes and property. I thought we had become a society of political correctness to a fault. But, I guess that political correctness only deals with certain subjects. It must be selective political correctioness. We seem to have many people in our society that just sit around and wait for something or someone they can persecute. Isn't it sad that we all human beings, that we all have short comings and yet we have no tolerance for anyone but ourselves. I don't believe in polygamy. I certainly think that marrying off children is unforgivable but lumping people into a group where they do not belong is as wrong as what these FLDS people are doing.
Sorry, but I had to get this off my chest. Not that this will even be read by any of those ignorant people out there, it's just that I have had it with the whole thing.
