MONDAY THOUGHTS
Last night we were watching TV and the program was interrupted to let the public know that President Hinckley had passed away. My first reaction was sadness. He has been such a great leader. His love for people could come across even when he was on Television. Also, his sense of humor was so refreshing. My next reaction was that of joy. How happy he must be to be reunited with his wife and all those close to him who have passed on before. I wonder what it would be like to have lived the kind of life that when you pass away you can be sure that you can say "I gave it my best"? I don't think I will ever get to that point. But I guess the whole point is to keep trying. Even if you fail, you just keep trying and maybe someday there will be some success. At least I certainly hope so. It is something to think about.

Guess we were on the same wave length. I said practically the same thing about Pres. Hinckley on my blog. I am postive that he and his wife are rejoicing that they are reunited once again!
